One of our largest centerless grinders, the KCG-24S, offers a grinding capacity for diameters ranging from 2” to 6” with a standard work rest. It features a grinding wheel size of 24” x 12” x 12” and a regulating wheel size of 12” x 12” x 5”. Powered by a 25 (up to 30 HP) main grinding wheel motor, the KCG-24S boasts a compact design that minimizes shop floor space usage. The machine is equipped with easy-to-use controls to maximize work efficiency and an automatic lubrication system with a safety interlock to prevent operation without lubrication. Additionally, the hydraulic dresser for both the grinding and regulating wheels ensures smooth and evenly trued wheels.
